About The Stars Fitness
We are an independent personal training company that specialise in medium sized group sessions for women aged 30-50 that are lacking in motivation to lose weight. We will help you regain your confidence and feel great in your body again and have it moving at it's best.
We understand that everyone is at a different stage in their fitness journey, that's why even in a group setting we will personalise exercises to individual needs in a friendly non intimidating environment.
We utilise a hybrid system so that you receive the benefits of face - face weekly training with the feel of 1-1 personal training and having your very own coach in your pocket.
We believe in Functional training, mimicking movements that you would do in every day life to have your body moving as it should. During training sessions we encorporate exercises that work multiple muscle groups in circuit formats and group exercises using functional equipment such as kettlebells, sandbags, Dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands and of course your own bodyweight, in multiple different ways and planes of motion.

You can even combine online and in person to best suit your needs and work around your lifestyle.

Group sessions are a great way to get together with other like minded women in a none intimidating, fun environment as well as benefitting from reduced costs to personal training. Includes access to our online system, progress tracking, nutrition log, 24/7 support

Are you a busy mum trying to balance life and find it hard to find the time to get to the gym or even dislike the idea of exercising in a gym environment? This is where these sessions can be ideal.
Even in a remote atmosphere we will still tailor make sessions to suit individual needs and give modifications or alternative exercises where needed.
Sessions held on Zoom on following days:

Marie is fantastic at what she does. I massively lack self confidence and after each work out Marie makes sure I come away feeling good about myself and how I done with the workout. I do online session's with Marie but she is still always checking my posture to make sure I am doing things correctly in order to not do myself any damage and see the benefits of being in the correct position.
